GAITHERSBURG, MD, February 29, 2008 – GateKeeper USA, Inc. (Pink Sheets: GTKP), announced today that it intends to Raise $10,000,000 in a private placement. The Private Placement will commence immediately, pursuant to Rule 506 of Regulation D of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. Subscription in the offering will be made available to accredited and institutional investors.
