Kadtke, Ph.D. to the Board of Directors Advisory Board. “We are extremely excited to have Dr. Kadtke join the Advisory Board. From 2006, Dr. Kadtke has served as Senior Fellow at the National Defense University performing national security policy research. From 2002-2006, he served as Science and National Security Advisor to the office of Senator John Warner, US Senate. Dr. Kadtke served as Designee on Senate Armed Services Committee and staff advisor on science/technology, defense, and homeland security issues. From 2001-2002, he served as Policy Advisor to the Committee on Science, US House of Representatives. From 1999-2001, he served as Policy Analyst at Rand Science & Technology Policy Institute, supporting the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy. From 1991-2001, Dr. Kadtke managed his own scientific research group at Scripps Institute of Oceanography, conducting research on physics and information science applied to defense and intelligence. From 1988-2001, he also served as Vice President and Chief Scientist at Nonlinear Solutions Inc. Dr. Kadtke holds an MS & Ph.D. in physics from Brown University and has over 65 research publications and four patents to his credit.
